Sales manager distribution (Europe) - Module manufacturer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial efforts in assigned regions and targeted clients.
  • Assess and establish contact with potential buyers of solar module products (distribution channel).
  • Focus on monocrystalline silicon module sales, pipeline development and fostering relationships among clients on distribution channel.
  • Build and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segment.
  • Lead contract negotiations with target accounts.
  • Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.
  • Communicate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders.
  • May occasionally be involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing.
  • Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.


Qualifications:

  • Prior solar module sales experience in the relevant region is required.
  • Solid understanding of solar and its adjacent markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and result-driven capability.
  • Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements.
  • Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfillment).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of relevant sales experience in PV industry.
  • Proven track record in closing transactions.
  • Competency in office software tools.

Product manager distribution (Europe) - Inverter manufacturer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As a Product Manager Distribution, you will be the hero our clients need, providing them with the solutions that satisfy their needs. Some of your most important tasks will include:
  • Providing technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management
  • Acting as a point of contact for technical questions related to quotation preparation and 1st level technical customer support
  • Facilitating communication between HQ, EMEA Office in BeNeLux, and other EMEA Offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement, and product changes
  • Evaluating certification requirements and supervising test and certification processes
  • Managing technical documentation
  • Conducting customer visits across the EMEA region
  • Conducting frequent visits to the headquarters
  • Conducting frequent benchmarking of our products against the competition
  • Conducting frequent monitoring of market development


Your Profile:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a background in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a similar field. Alternatively, a higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical counterparts are also accepted. Additionally, if you have experience in the regenerative energy industry for at least 2 years, that would be beneficial.

Logistics en Supply Chain Specialist

The goal of the position is to further professionalize and optimize the work and processes within the Sales Support & Logistics Planning department, in order to better support the sales organizations in the sale and maintenance of products and to contribute to a more efficient organization as a department. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining standard work (work instructions) within the Logistics & Planning department.
  • Responsible for coordinating the implementation of changes within the SS&LP department and representative from the department within the change team.
  • Lead projects on the development and optimization of logistics processes that have a major impact on (existing) logistics processes.
  • Makes recommendations and develops optimization proposals to improve the logistics process in terms of safety, quality, speed, efficiency, and cost awareness.
  • Identifies opportunities for (process) improvements throughout the entire order to cash process and creates support (within the department, sales organizations, suppliers, and transporters) for their implementation.
  • Analyzes project assignments and formulates project plans, program of requirements, goals, and results of projects within the Sales Support & Logistics Planning department.
  • Provides 2nd line support for problems and/or questions about processes within the Sales Support & Logistics Planning department.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Value Stream Designs (VSM) of the Sales Support & Logistics Planning processes and updating them.
  • Responsible for the execution of process FMEAs on the processes within Sales Support & Logistics Planning.
